Product Returns and Exchanges
Because sizing charts and good descriptions of our products are provided on the website, and telephone support is offered, we hope that the need for the exchange and return of goods will be minimal. We ask that when you receive your purchase you leave all tags in place until you have tried on the item. Should there be a problem with sizing or style we will refund purchases where the goods are returned in perfect condition with all tags in place by recorded delivery within 14 days of purchase.
We regret we are unable to offer refungs on marked or damaged merchandise, any item returned without tags in place or any item returned after 14 days. If you believe the item shipped to you has been damaged in transit please retain all packaging and telephone us immediately to make arrangements for replacement.
